Qualified applicants who have been in Canada for at least three out of the past five years and meet the language proficiency requirements may apply for citizenship.
Qualified applicants who:
 > Have been in Canada for at least two out of the past five years;
 > Work for a Canadian company abroad; or
 > Are accompanied by a Canadian citizen spouse
may apply for Permanent Residency.
Qualified Canadians may sponsor their children, allowing those children to attain Canadian residency. Moreover, parents of qualified Canadians may attain Canadian residency through a draw.

Through the purchase of a qualified Canadian business directly related to the applicant’s prior management experience, qualified applicants may first attain a work permit, followed by permanent residence.

Artists self-employed in cultural activities or international athletes who have been self-employed, for a minimum of two years in the past five years, may apply for permanent residency.
Innovative business may qualify to attain a Letter of Support from a Canadian Designated Organization, thus allowing them to attain permanent residency in order to continue their start up in Canada.
Qualified applicants who attain the minimum points required as per Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada may attain permanent residency. Our knowledgeable staff will assess your credentials and advise as to your chances of success based on various factors, such as education, work experience, language proficiency, and net worth.
The knowledgeable staff at Farahmand Immigration Group will assist applicants in the attainment of a Letter of Admission to an accredited Canadian educational institute. Following successful admission, our office will apply for a Study Permit for the applicant.
Where a foreign national is currently in Canada with a Study Permit, their qualified spouse may apply for a Canadian work permit in order to accompany their partner during their time in Canada.
Applicants hoping to visit Canada must exhibit that on a balance of probabilities, they will return to their home country prior to the expiration of their Canadian visa.
Applicants that do not meet the requirements to immigrate to Canada can request the Immigration Officer use their discretion to process an application based on humanitarian and compassionate grounds.
Team Immigration Services will accept cases with exceptional circumstances, or cases in the best interest of the child.

Experienced business owners or senior managers interested in starting a business or buying an existing business in Ontario can potentially apply to the Ontario Immigration Nominee Program’s Entrepreneur Stream.
Qualified applicants will at least two years of experience, a minimum net worth of $400,000.00 – $800,000.00 CAD, and make a minimum investment of $200,000.00 – $600,000.00 CAD.
Applicants are required to be actively involved in the day-to-day management of the business.

British Columbia has two separate Provincial Nominee Programs, the Base Program and the Pilot Regional Program.

 

Base Program:
The British Columbia Base Program is intended for experienced entrepreneurs, with management experience and a minimum of $600,000.00 CAD net worth, who intend to establish a new business or take over and grow an existing business in British Columbia.

Applicants must be prepared to invest a minimum of $200,000.00 CAD and hold at least 33.33% ownership of the business, which can be located anywhere in British Columbia.

The Base Program will allow qualified applicants to first attain a work permit, which will covert to permanent residency after a minimum of 18 months.

Regional Pilot Program:
The British Columbia Regional Pilot Program is intended for experienced entrepreneurs, with management experience and a minimum net worth of $300,000.00 CAD, who intend to establish a new business or take over and grow an existing business in British Columbia.

Applicants must be prepared to invest a minimum of $100,000.00 CAD and hold at least 51% ownership of a business in only participating cities in British Columbia.

The Regional Pilot Program will allow qualified applicants to first attain a work permit, which will convert to permanent residency after a minimum of 12 months.

Qualified applicants with managerial experience are required to start a new business or purchase an existing business in Nova Scotia, and be directly involved in the company’s day-to-day operations.

 

To be deemed eligible for the Nova Scotia Nominee Program, prospective applicants must establish that they:
  > Have a minimum net worth of $600,000.00 CAD;
  > Are able to invest at least $150,000.00 CAD of their own funds to establish or purchase and grow a business in Nova Scotia;
  > Have at least three years’ experience actively managing with 33.33% ownership OR more than five years’ experience in a senior management role;
  > Have a score of at least 5 of the Canadian Language Benchmark in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in English or French.

Following one year of business operations, qualified applicants may be eligible for permanent residency.

Qualified business applicants meeting the requirements as set out by the government of New Brunswick may invest a minimum of $250,000.00 CAD into a qualified business in New Brunswick, which will create jobs and contribute to the New Brunswick government. Moreover, applicants must maintain active management of the business in New Brunswick.
Qualified applicants may purchase a business, or partner with an existing business in Saskatchewan, and obtain Canadian permanent residency.
Prospective applicants must have a minimum net worth of $500,000.00 CAD, and make a minimum investment of $300,000.00 CAD in Regina and Saskatoon, or a minimum investment of $200,000.00 CAD in other Saskatchewan cities.
